Welcome
The purpose of the Metro St. Louis HIV Health Services Planning Council is to plan for and design the present and future system of care or persons with HIV, in a way that is comprehensive, culturally sensitive, and reflective of the metropolitan St. Louis HIV community.

We collaborate with those providing other resources to identify and address needs, and ensure quality, efficiency, effectiveness and continuity of care.  Of special concern is the identification of unmet needs and barriers to services, so they may be addressed and eliminated.
