The Metro St. Louis HIV Health Services Planning Council is a community group charged with prioritizing and setting allocations for Ryan White funds. We work with health care providers, and other organizations, to design the present and future system of care for persons living with HIV/AIDS. Together we work to address the needs of the PLWH/A committee in a way that is comprehensive, culturally sensitive, and reflective of the epidemic in the metropolitan St. Louis area which includes 7 counties in Missouri and 5 counties in Illinois.

The St. Louis Planning Council is committed to addressing and eliminating barriers to services and unmet need. Collaboratively, we work with community partners who provide other resources to identify and address the needs of the community to ensure quality, efficiency, effectiveness and continuity of care within the community we serve.
